Introduction

ACNU-3430 is a 5A gate drive optocoupler in an 11mm SSO8 package, designed for high-voltage, space-constrained industrial applications such as motor drives and solar inverters. The package platform features an 11mm creepage distance and 10.5mm clearance, with an insulation voltage up to VIORM = 1414 VPEAK, while offering a compact PCB footprint 40% smaller than a 400-mil DIP-8 package. The ACNU-3430 delivers a common-mode transient immunity of greater than 100 kV/μs and propagation delay faster than 150ns, enabling high-frequency switching to improve the efficiency of driving IGBTs and SiC/GaN MOSFETs.
