Introduction

SID1102K is a single-channel IGBT and MOSFET gate driver in an eSOP package. Power Integrations' revolutionary solid-state insulator FluxLink technology provides reinforced galvanic isolation. Peak output drive current of up to 5A enables the device to drive components rated up to 300A. For gate drive requirements beyond the standalone capability of the SID1102K, additional AUXGL and AUXGH output pins can drive external n-channel MOSFETs as a boost stage, giving customers complete freedom in controlling their system design. The controller (PWM) signal is compatible with 5V CMOS logic and can also be adjusted to 15V levels using an external resistor divider.
