Introduction
Avago 2.5 Amp gate drive optocoupler series provides integrated desaturation (VCE) detection and fault status feedback for IGBT VCE fault protection in a rugged hermetic package. These devices are rated for operation and storage over the full temperature range, available for purchase as commercial grade products or in fully MIL-STD compliant versions. Standard devices are manufactured and tested on a MIL-PRF-38534 certified production line, conforming to Class H specifications; Standard Microcircuit Drawing (SMD) 5962-12236.
