Introduction
HCPL-3150(AT) is a gate drive optocoupler with 0.6A output current, capable of driving most medium-power IGBTs and MOSFETs. It is well suited for high-speed switching of power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverters and high-performance power systems. It contains a GaAlAs LED optically coupled to a photodetector IC with a high-speed driver featuring a push-pull MOSFET output stage.
