Introduction
The HT-3150 consists of an infrared LED and an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector. The device is available in an 8-pin DIP package. The photodetector features an internal shield, ensuring a common-mode transient immunity of ±15kV/μs. It is suitable for direct gate drive circuits of IGBTs or power MOSFETs.
