Introduction
The ACPL-W341(AT) is a gate drive optocoupler with a 3.0A output current, featuring an AlGaAs LED coupled to a photosensitive IC via infrared light. This optocoupler is capable of driving most low-power IGBTs and MOSFETs. It is well-suited for high-speed switching of power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter and high-performance power system applications.
