Introduction

MP350A is a gate driver optocoupler in a DIP8 package, incorporating an AlGaAs infrared LED optically coupled to an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC. The device guarantees its performance and specifications at temperatures up to 100℃. An internal Faraday shield ensures a common mode transient immunity of ±15 kV/μs. The device features a totem-pole output stage capable of both sourcing and sinking current, making it well suited for driving small- to medium-capacity IGBT and power MOSFET gates.
