Introduction
The TLP352 is a gate drive optocoupler with a 2.5A output current, incorporating an AlGaAs LED internally coupled to a photo-sensitive IC via infrared. This optocoupler is capable of driving most low-power IGBTs and MOSFETs. It is well-suited for high-speed switching of power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter and high-performance power supply applications.
