Introduction

The TLP250 is a gate drive optocoupler with 1.5A output current, featuring an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a photosensitive IC via infrared light. It can drive most low-power IGBTs and MOSFETs, making it ideal for fast switching of power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverters and high-performance power supply systems.
