Introduction

The HT-3120 consists of an infrared LED and an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector. The device is housed in an 8-pin DIP package. The photodetector features an internal shield that ensures common-mode transient immunity of ±25kV/μs. It is suitable for gate drive circuits that directly drive IGBTs or power MOSFETs.
