Introduction

TLP351A is a gate drive optocoupler with 0.6A output current, featuring an AlGaAs LED coupled to a photo-sensitive IC via infrared light. This optocoupler can drive most low-power IGBTs and MOSFETs, and is ideal for high-speed switching of power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverter and high-performance power supply applications.
