Introduction
TP3120 is a gate drive optocoupler with 2.5A output current, integrating an AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a photo-sensitive IC. The device is capable of driving most low-power IGBTs and MOSFETs, making it ideal for fast-switching drive of power IGBTs and MOSFETs in motor control inverters and high-performance power system applications.
