Introduction

TPT774x devices are high-performance quad-channel digital isolators compliant with UL 1577, featuring isolation ratings of 5000-VRMS (WSOP16) and 3750-VRMS (SOP16, QSOP16). These devices are also certified by VDE, UL, CSA, TUV, CQC, and CB. TPT774x devices deliver highly reliable, high-performance isolated digital inputs and outputs at low power consumption. Each isolated signal channel is separated by a dual-layer silicon dioxide capacitive insulation barrier. The TPT7740 features four unidirectional channels in the same direction, while the TPT7741 features three forward channels and one reverse channel. The TPT7742 features two forward channels and two reverse channels. Devices with the suffix F default to a low output when input power or signal is lost, while devices without the suffix F default to a high output. Through innovative circuit design and optimized architecture, the common-mode transient immunity and EMC performance of TPT774x devices are significantly enhanced. The TPT774x family is available in SOP16, QSOP16, and WSOP16 packages, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
