Introduction

CMT826X is a high-performance six-channel digital isolator featuring a silicon dioxide insulation barrier and supporting isolation voltages up to 5.7kVrms. The device is designed for communication between two different power domains to prevent noise currents on data buses or other circuits from entering the local ground, thereby avoiding interference with or damage to sensitive circuits. This product family offers up to six forward channels or three reverse channels. When input power or signal is lost, CMT826X1 defaults to a high output, while CMT826X0 defaults to a low output. The device achieves high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption. Through innovative chip design and layout, EMC performance is significantly enhanced to meet system-level compliance requirements for ESD, EFT, surge, and radiated emissions. This product family supports both SOIC-16 wide-body and narrow-body packages.
