Introduction

CMT8266W0 is a high-performance six-channel digital isolator offering up to six forward channels. It is UL1577 safety certified, supports multiple isolation voltage ratings including 3.75kVRMS and 5.7kVRMS, and delivers high electromagnetic immunity with low emissions at low power consumption. The device features a data transfer rate of up to 150Mbps and a common-mode transient immunity of up to 250kV/μs. When input power is lost, the default output is held low, preventing unintended switching of the IPM during power-up. Its wide supply voltage range enables direct interfacing with most digital interfaces. High system-level EMC performance enhances operational reliability and stability. The device features adjacent-channel interlocking for shoot-through protection, eliminating the risk of IGBT short circuits within the IPM and improving system robustness. This product family supports both SOIC-16 wide-body and narrow-body packages.
