Introduction

The ISO734x series devices provide galvanic isolation rated up to 3000 V_RMS for 1 minute per UL 1577, and 4242 V_PK isolation per VDE V0884-10. These devices feature four isolated channels, each consisting of logic input and output buffers separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulation barrier. ISO7340x devices have four forward channels, ISO7341x devices have three forward channels and one reverse channel, and ISO7342x devices have two forward channels and two reverse channels. In the event of input power or signal loss, the default output is low (devices with suffix F) or high (devices without suffix F).
