Introduction

This series of dual-channel digital isolators supports data rates up to 40 Mbps, ensuring robust data communication across a wide ambient operating temperature range (-40°C to +125°C) and production variation tolerances. The coreless transformer technology employed provides high immunity to system noise, with a minimum common-mode transient immunity of 100 kV/µs and the ability to withstand isolation voltages up to 3000 Vrms. In a PG-DSO-8 narrow-body 150-mil package, the two data channels enable simplified high-power-density designs with improved system efficiency through low power consumption. Multiple part numbers are available with different channel configurations and failsafe default output states.
