Introduction
The NMTTLD6S5MC is a low power electrically isolated TTL data transmission device. No external components are needed as a single 5V supply powers all functions either side of the isolation boundary. NMTTLD655MC also provides a regulated 5V, unregulated 6V and -6V isolated supply’s for system use.
Features
- 100% production tested at 1.5kVAC rms for 1 second and have been qualification tested at 1.5kVAC rms for 1 minute
- Recognised by Underwriters Laboratory to 250 Vrms basic Insulation
- Recognised to ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 and provides 1 MOOP (Means Of Operator Protection) based upon a working voltage of 250 Vrms max, between Primary and Secondary
- Recognised by Underwriters Laboratory (UL) to UL 60950 for basic insulation to a working voltage of 250Vrms
- Creepage is 2.5mm and clearance is 2mm
- Compatible with Pb-Free soldering systems and is also backward compatible with Sn/Pb soldering systems
- Has a process, moisture, and reflow sensitivity classification of MSL2 PSL R7F as defined in J-STD-020 and J-STD-075
- Pin termination finish on this product series is Gold with Nickel Pre-plate
