Outstanding performance characteristics are achieved by Toshiba CMOS technology and the magnetic coupling structure. In addition, they comply with UL 1577 and has a 5000Vrms rating as an isolation voltage. These products can operate with a temperature range of -40 to 110 °C and a wide supply voltage of 2.25 to 5.5 V.
