Introduction
The TPT772x series are high-performance, dual-channel enhanced digital isolators compliant with UL 1577, featuring isolation ratings of 5000 Vrms (WSOP8, WSOP16) and 3750 Vrms (SOP8). The series has also obtained VDE, UL, CSA, TUV, CQC, and CB certifications.
These devices deliver high reliability and high performance through isolated digital inputs and outputs at low power consumption. Each isolated signal channel is separated by a dual-layer silicon dioxide capacitive insulation barrier. The TPT7720 features two channels in the same direction, while the TPT7721 features two channels in opposite directions. Devices with the suffix F default to a low output when input power or signal is lost, while devices without the suffix F default to a high output.
Through innovative circuit design and optimized architecture, the TPT772x devices achieve significantly enhanced common-mode transient immunity and EMC performance.
The TPT772x series is available in SOP8, WSOP8, and WSOP16 packages, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃. The devices are AEC-Q100 qualified, making them suitable for automotive applications.
