Introduction

This digital isolator employs intelligent voltage division technology, utilizing a capacitive voltage division principle to achieve precise transmission of voltage signals across the isolation barrier without modulation or demodulation. It outperforms optocouplers and other types of digital isolators. Each transmission channel is independent, supporting multiple transfer direction configurations, with isolation voltage ratings ranging from 1.5kV rms to 5.0kV rms and signal transmission from DC to 600Mbps. The operating voltage range is 3.0V to 5.5V, with support for signal level translation within the same range. When the input-side power is off or no input signal is present while the output side remains powered, the isolator outputs a default logic level.
