Introduction

The CA‐IS36xx devices are digital isolators integrated with DC‐DC converters and featuring enhanced isolation voltage ratings. The CA‐IS36xx can replace traditional isolation power solutions built with discrete components, effectively saving system board space, simplifying design, and achieving complete signal and power isolation. All devices feature failsafe output: if the input signal is lost, devices with the suffix "L" default to a low output, while devices with the suffix "H" default to a high output. In addition, devices with "V" in the suffix provide an independent logic voltage supply, allowing users to select different DC‐DC converter supply voltages and logic supply voltages separately according to application requirements.
