Introduction

The ISOFACE™ 4DIRx4xxH four-channel digital isolator series supports data rates up to 40 Mbps and ensures robust data communication across a wide ambient operating temperature range (-40℃ ~ +125℃) and production variation range. Infineon's robust coreless transformer technology provides excellent immunity against system noise (minimum CMTI of 100 kV/µs) and withstands isolation voltages up to 5700 Vrms. Four data channels in a PG-DSO-16 wide-body 300 mil package help achieve simplified, high power density designs with improved system efficiency through low power consumption. Product variants with different channel configurations and fail-safe default output states are available.
