Introduction

This series of ICs are high-reliability bidirectional isolators with I2C-compatible interfaces, compliant with AEC-Q100 and UL1577 safety standards, supporting multiple electrical isolation voltage ratings (3.75 kVrms, 5 kVrms). They deliver high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption. The I2C clock rate reaches up to 2 MHz, with a common-mode transient immunity of up to 150 kV/μs. The wide supply voltage range enables direct connection to most digital interfaces for seamless level shifting. The high system-level EMC performance enhances device reliability and stability.
