CEU8730U1W/CEU8730U0W is a high-speed, high-reliability tri-channel magnetic isolation general-purpose digital isolator, meeting the 5.7kVrms isolation withstand voltage rating per UL-1577 standard, housed in a wide-body SOW-16 package. It employs chip-level micro-transformers and proprietary AdaptivePulse® modulation/demodulation technology for signal transmission, combining the timing accuracy of edge modulation with the robustness of on-off keying (OOK) modulation. Typical signal propagation delay is less than 10 ns, with a common-mode transient immunity of ±200 kV/μs. It features 3 forward signal channels and 0 reverse signal channels. Power-fail protection is provided: when the input is unpowered or floating, CEU8730U1W defaults to a high output level, while CEU8730U0W defaults to a low output level.
