CEU8741U1W/CEU8741U0W is a high-speed, high-reliability quad-channel magnetic isolation universal digital isolator, meeting the 5.7kVrms isolation withstand voltage capability per UL-1577 standard, housed in a wide-body SOW-16 package. It employs chip-level micro-transformers and proprietary AdaptivePulse modulation/demodulation technology for signal transmission, combining the timing accuracy of edge modulation with the robustness of on-off keying (OOK) modulation. Typical signal propagation delay is less than 10 ns, with a common-mode transient immunity of ±200 kV/μs. The device includes 3 forward signal channels and 1 reverse signal channel. A power-loss protection function is provided: when the input power is lost or floating, CEU8741U1W defaults to a high output level, while CEU8741U0W defaults to a low output level.
