Introduction

CEU8731U1W/CEU8731U0W is a high-speed, high-reliability three-channel magnetically isolated general-purpose digital isolator, compliant with UL-1577 standard with 5.7 kVrms isolation withstand voltage, housed in a wide-body SOW-16 package. It employs chip-level micro-transformers and proprietary AdaptivePulse® modulation/demodulation technology for signal transmission, combining the timing accuracy of edge modulation with the robustness of OOK modulation. Typical signal propagation delay is less than 10 ns, with a common-mode transient immunity of ±200 kV/μs. The device includes 2 forward signal channels and 1 reverse signal channel. A power-fail protection function is provided, allowing a default output level (selectable high or low) when the input side loses power.
