Introduction

The ADUM1201ARZ series are high-speed 2-channel digital isolators. These devices can withstand high isolation voltages and comply with standard test specifications (UL standards). Maximum signal transfer rate up to 90 Mbps with low pulse width distortion. Integrated high-performance capacitive isolation technology.
