Introduction

The DLP7000 XGA chipset is designed for high-resolution, high-performance spatial light modulation. The 0.7 XGA chipset is built around the DLP7000 DMD, which is the fastest pattern rate device in the current DLP product portfolio. The DLP Discovery 4100 platform also provides the highest level of independent micromirror control with random row addressing. In addition to its hermetic package, the DLP7000 offers unique features and value that make it well-suited for a wide range of industrial, medical, and advanced display applications. In addition to the DLP7000 DMD, the 0.7 XGA chipset includes the following components:

• DLPC410 controller, dedicated to high-speed pattern rates above 32000Hz (1-bit binary) and 4000Hz (8-bit grayscale)
• DLPR410 (DLP Discovery 4100 configuration PROM)
• DLPA200 (DMD micromirror driver)
