Introduction

This Schottky PROM uses the common 32-word × 8-bit organization. A memory enable input is provided to control output states. When the device is enabled, the outputs represent the contents of the selected word. When disabled, all 8 outputs enter an "off" or high-impedance state. The PROM is shipped from the factory with all locations at logic low. By following the programming instructions, a logic high can be programmed into any selected location.
