Introduction

This Schottky memory uses the popular 32-word × 8-bit configuration. A memory enable input is provided to control the output state. When the device is enabled, the outputs represent the contents of the selected word. When disabled, all 8 outputs enter the "off" or high-impedance state. The PROM is shipped from the factory with all locations at a low level. By following the programming instructions, a high level can be programmed into any selected location.
