Introduction
The MDZ12-X series are digital ICs fabricated using CMOS technology. They generate corresponding musical alarm drive signals by controlling the logic levels of F1 and F2, and can drive external buzzer circuits immediately upon power-up. Available in DIP8, SOP8, and SOT23-6 packages.
