Introduction

MS8416T/MS8416N is an IC for receiving and decoding digital audio data, supporting IEC60958, S/PDIF, EIAJ CP1201, and AES3 interface standards. The device offers both software and hardware operating modes, selectable based on application requirements. Channel status data is stored in registers for easy access. The general-purpose output pins are highly flexible and can be configured to output various signals.
