Introduction

LM567 is a general-purpose tone decoder that locks onto an input signal when its frequency falls within a defined passband, driving the output low; otherwise, the output remains high. The device can function as an oscillator, modulator, or demodulator, and is widely used in communications, remote control, measurement, and frequency monitoring applications.
