The DE109C audio processing chip fully incorporates all the advantages of the BETFX effects algorithm, making it highly suitable for KTV and musical instrument product applications. The chip supports 24-bit/48kHz USB audio full-duplex USB sound card interface, compatible with Mac, iOS, Windows, Android, and Linux operating systems with no driver installation required. It employs an asynchronous USB audio class sound card driver model, eliminating the need for sample rate conversion and achieving lossless audio data restoration throughout the entire signal chain from computer/mobile device to playback.
Designed specifically for the audio domain, the chip features hardware floating-point processing capability, supporting up to 3 groups of full-duplex master/slave I²S interfaces, multiple UART interfaces, up to 11 ADC interfaces, and multiple PWM interfaces. To accommodate diverse customer requirements, the DE109C supports external audio ADC/DAC chips, allowing customers to select audio codecs of varying quality based on end-product needs, and implements a 48kHz/24-bit high-quality audio sampling standard to enhance sound detail and fidelity.
The DE109C features master/slave I²S interfaces, with the slave interface capable of auto-adapting to sampling frequencies ranging from 44.1kHz to 48kHz, facilitating seamless integration into customers' audio systems such as digital speakers, digital mixing consoles, and karaoke jukebox devices. Any system equipped with an I²S audio interface can interface directly with the DE109C and leverage its professional effects algorithm.
The chip incorporates a 3-stage frequency-shifting algorithm to deliver a simple and user-friendly live feedback suppression effect, making it ideal for building cost-effective KTV systems for mass production. The DE109C employs a multi-layer early reflection model combined with a discrete and varied comb filter structure, capable of simulating a rich, multi-layered, and texturally dense virtual stereo reverb model. It also supports individualized adjustment of diffusion, density, and width parameters to simulate natural reverberation as faithfully as possible. The DE109C provides an independent echo structure for left and right channels, each with its own dedicated pre-delay, to maximize the simulated sense of envelopment characteristic of the KTV experience.
Additionally, the DE109C offers a 24dB/octave microphone high-pass filter and a 7-band input equalizer, enabling more professional compatibility with microphones of varying characteristics and delivering a more refined microphone audio source.
