NSH705M1PC is a 7A, 500V half-bridge intelligent power module designed for motor drive applications, integrating 7A/500V MOSFET gate drivers and bootstrap functionality in a compact ESOP13 package. It offers flexible application in both single-phase and three-phase BLDC motor drives.
