Introduction

FSB50325A/AT/AS is an advanced Motion SPM 5 module providing a fully-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for AC induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors. The module integrates optimized gate drive for MOSFETs with built-in FRFET® technology to minimize EMI and losses, while offering multiple on-module protection features including under-voltage lockout and temperature monitoring. The built-in high-speed HVIC requires only a single supply voltage to translate input logic-level gate signals into the high-voltage, high-current drive signals required to drive the internal MOSFETs. An individual open-drain MOSFET terminal is provided per phase to support the widest range of control algorithms.
