Introduction

FSB50825TB is a miniature intelligent power module based on FRFET technology, designed as a compact inverter solution for low-power motor drive applications such as fan motors and water pumps. It consists of 6 fast-recovery MOSFETs and 3 half-bridge high-voltage ICs for FRFET gate driving. The module delivers low EMI characteristics through optimized switching speed. Furthermore, by using FRFETs as power switches, its robustness and safe operating area are superior to IGBT-based power modules or single-chip solutions. The package is optimized for thermal performance and compactness, making it suitable for built-in motor applications and any application with assembly space constraints. The FSB50825TB is the ideal solution for compact inverters, combining high energy efficiency, compact size, and low EMI.
