BM63364S-VA/-VC is an intelligent power module integrating gate drivers, bootstrap diodes, IGBTs, and freewheeling diodes. This module employs low-saturation-voltage IGBTs optimized for low-speed switching drives (up to 6kHz), suitable for applications such as compressors.
