BM64375 - VA is an intelligent power module comprising a gate driver, bootstrap diode, IGBT, and freewheeling diode.

- Built-in bootstrap diode
- High-side IGBT gate driver (HVIC): SOI process, drive circuit, high-voltage level shifting, bootstrap diode current limiting, control supply UVLO
- Low-side IGBT gate driver (LVIC): drive circuit, SCP, UVLO, TSD, temperature output via analog signal (VOT)
- Fault signal (LVIC) for SCP (low-side IGBT), TSD, and UVLO faults
- Input interface compatible with 3.3V and 5V lines
