Introduction
BM63764S-VA/-VC is an intelligent power module consisting of gate drivers, bootstrap diodes, IGBTs, and freewheeling diodes. It employs low switching loss IGBTs optimized for high-speed switching drives such as washing machine or fan motor applications.
