Features

• The AOZ5239QI is a high-efficiency synchronous buck power stage module consisting of two asymmetric MOSFETs and an integrated driver. The MOSFETs are individually optimized for synchronous buck configuration. The high-side MOSFET is optimized for low capacitance and gate charge to enable fast switching at low duty cycle operation. The low-side MOSFET features ultra-low on-resistance to minimize conduction losses. The compact 5x5 QFN package is optimized to minimize parasitic inductance, thereby reducing EMI.
• The AOZ5239QI is compatible with 3.3V and 5V PWM logic, with tri-state level compatibility achievable via PWM and/or SMOD# for controlling power MOSFETs.
• A bootstrap diode is integrated in the driver. The low-side MOSFET can enter pulse-skip mode for power-saving operation when required. The pin layout is optimized for low-inductance routing to minimize parasitic effects and their impact.
• Supply voltage range: 4.5V to 25V
