AIP3D10A060Q4 is a three-phase inverter module measuring 38×24×3.6mm, utilizing 600V-10A trench field-stop planar gate IGBT technology. The module integrates bootstrap diodes with built-in current-limiting resistors, and provides control supply undervoltage lockout protection, controllable over-temperature protection, temperature monitoring, and short-circuit current protection. It features a controllable fault output signal corresponding to short-circuit, undervoltage, and over-temperature faults, along with an enable input function to turn off the low-side IGBTs. The input interface is compatible with 3V and 5V logic levels, employs Schmitt trigger receiver circuitry, and offers an isolation rating of 2000Vrms/min.
