Introduction

CIPOS Mini IPM (IM06B50GC1) offers the opportunity to integrate various power and control components, improving reliability while optimizing PCB size and system cost. It is designed to control three-phase motors in variable speed drives. This package concept is particularly suited for power applications requiring good thermal conductivity and electrical isolation, low EMI, and overload protection. To deliver excellent electrical performance, Infineon's advanced TRENCHSTOP IGBTs and anti-parallel diodes are combined with an optimized SOI gate driver.
