Introduction

NSMB02S60M1 is a highly integrated, high-reliability three-phase BLDC motor driver circuit, primarily designed for low-power motor drive applications such as fans. The module integrates 6 fast-recovery power MOSFETs and 3 half-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuits. It features built-in under-voltage protection, providing excellent protection and fail-safe operation. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, the current of each phase can be sensed individually. The module adopts a high-isolation, thermally efficient, and low-EMI design in an ultra-compact package, making it extremely easy to use — particularly suited for motor-integrated applications and installations requiring a compact footprint.
