Introduction

NSMB02S50M1 is a highly integrated, high-reliability three-phase BLDC motor driver circuit, primarily designed for low-power motor drives in fan applications. The module integrates six fast-recovery power MOSFETs and three half-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuits. An internal under-voltage protection function is built in, providing excellent protection and fail-safe operation. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, the phase currents can be sensed individually. Featuring high insulation, good thermal conductivity, and low EMI design, it offers an extremely compact package for ease of use — particularly suited for motor-integrated applications and installations with tight space constraints.
