Introduction

CS5752AT is a highly integrated, high-reliability three-phase BLDC motor driver circuit, primarily designed for lower-power motor drive applications such as fan motors. It incorporates 6 fast-recovery MOSFETs and 3 half-bridge HVIC gate driver circuits. An integrated undervoltage protection circuit provides excellent protection and fail-safe operation. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, the phase currents can be sensed individually. Compared to the CS5752, the CS5752AT features a temperature sense output port and integrated bootstrap diodes, simplifying the peripheral circuitry.
