Introduction
NSH505PQ is a 5A, 500V half-bridge intelligent power module designed for motor drive applications. It integrates a 5A/500V MOSFET gate driver and bootstrap function in a compact 5×6mm PQFN package. The module supports flexible use in single-phase and three-phase BLDC motor drives.
