Introduction

Available in 1N5283-1 through 1N5314-1 types, qualified to JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS standards. These are current regulator diodes featuring high source impedance, with metallurgical bonded and double plug construction. Operating temperature range is -65°C to +175°C, with the same storage temperature range. DC power dissipation is 500mW at TL = +50°C with L = 3/8", derated at 4mW/°C above +50°C, and peak operating voltage is 100 volts. Housed in a hermetically sealed glass case (DO-7 outline), with copper-clad steel lead material and tin/lead lead finish.
