Introduction

The RA Series transient surge suppressors are varistors in a low-profile box package featuring a precise locating flat that enhances mechanical stability and ensures secure board mounting. This characteristic makes these devices suitable for vibration-sensitive industrial applications. Their construction allows operation at ambient temperatures up to 125°C without derating. The RA Series offers V_M(AC)RMS voltage ratings up to 275V and energy ratings up to 140J. These varistors are suitable for automotive, motor control, and telecommunications applications.
